The position of Enterprise Account Executive has recently opened on the Enterprise Information Solutions (EIS) Account Management Team.
Texas & Louisiana (possibly AL/MS)
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for delivering customer satisfaction, Account Receivables and the goals and sales growth for each account. Individual serves as strategic partner of customer (c-suite focused). Fundamentally, understands customer’s business / technical priorities, including IT roadmap, new product requirements, product utilization, and upgrades. In this role, the EAE drives systematic business planning with customer. Responsible for coordinating team of departmental sales and specialists supporting account.
Strategic partner withcustomer
Conducts quarterly business reviews/governance meetings with C-suite andkey decision makers
Helps customer achieve optimal product utilization
Manages customer satisfaction
Proactively manages and resolves customer issues
Tracks progress and issues across delivery teams
Alerts customers to any change in project deadlines
Grows footprint in ownproduct area
Brings in product specialists as needed to close add on deal sales
Coordinates with otherBU success teams
Shares new business opportunities with other BUs
Coordinates with other BU support and service teams at account
Establishes, maintains and coordinates technical dialogue betweenbusiness units
8 years existing account sales experience
5 years of experience exceeding sales quotas selling technology solutions/managed services/remote hosting to hospitals and ambulatory care settings
Strong demonstrated account management experience specifically in the areas of customer escalations, leading governance meetings, dealing with regulatory changes that impact customers and ensuring management skills strong customer satisfaction.
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Experience working with executives/executive presence
Strong attention to detail
Experience selling in a matrix sales environment
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Experience with contracting
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Overnight travel 50% & requires working in hospital facilities
