The Information Systems Manager of Identity Access Management (IAM) manages a core functional team of IS professionals to deliver on run-the business operations and projects while monitoring performance and personal development. The IS Manager of Identity Access Management oversees the design, development, implementation, and support of the components of complex identity based systems in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance. The IS Manager of Identity Access Management will assist IS Directors and leadership to define with understanding and implementing viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements and corporate/departmental standards.
The ideal Information Systems Manager of Identity Access Management will hold a Bachelor's Degree combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of identity based systems (Sun IDM, NetIQ, SailPoint, or Oracle IDM), Microsoft Window Server Operations, LDAP Directory Operations and security management within Active Directory using the RBAC model Script Programming (PowerShell preferred). The ideal Information Systems Manager of Identity Access Management will be a skilled project manager with the ability to articulate business needs and develop detailed specifications and project plans in conjunction with team, ensuring that milestones are met and meets customer needs/expectations The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills combined with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external group of professionals.
