What is a Recruiting Analyst at Pariveda Solutions?
As a Recruiting Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, enhancing and streamlining our recruiting operations. To do so, you will work on projects involving recruiting systems, technology, reporting and process optimization. You will be responsible for analyzing Pariveda’s recruiting operations, including the impact of changes to our systems and business processes. The Recruiting Analyst is part of our national Recruiting team supporting all Pariveda offices.
What will you do in this role?
Serve as administrator of and subject matter expert on our iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
Create recurring and ad hoc recruiting reports by retrieving applicant tracking system data and summarizing recruiting metrics
Analyze recruiting data to identify patterns and trends to make recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership
Coordinate, plan, and manage the Employee Referral Program
Facilitate office interviews
Work on special projects such as analyzing and optimizing our interview process, creating training materials, and enhancing our employee referral program
Work within a supportive and collaborative team of professional individuals
Support general recruiting efforts – including sourcing candidates, preparing for campus events and other tasks as required
What are the desired skills & experience?
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
An analytical, problem-solving mindset
Experience developing and analyzing reports and metrics
Demonstrated background of seeking knowledge and taking initiative
Three or more years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role
Experience as a system administrator, preferably with a Recruiting or HRIS system
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Candidate should be a solutions-oriented thinker and able to manage and meet project timelines
Strong communication skills and ability to work with various levels of employees
Excellent organizational skills
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
