Purpose and Summary of position:
Develop and execute IT Strategy and initiatives to support Business strategy in the area of Commercial, Planning and Analytics and Marketing Communications (MarComm)
Manage a team consisting of Business Relationship Managers in the area of Commercial and Planning and well as Team lead for Analytics
Manage the relationship between IT and the Commercial (Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications) Organization.
Manage the relationship between IT and the Planning Organization
Drive alignment of new/existing technology solutions with business strategy - work collaboratively to develop the business case.
Manage the plan to deliver technology solutions
Pro-actively bring (or drive the team to bring) new solutions /tweak existing solutions to improve productivity
Proactively communicate key initiatives and listen to customer feedback- Improve IT services and manage impact to business.
Be accountable to the commercial and planning organization for delivery of all IT services.
Manage escalation for all IT related customer issues.
Manage IT related business risks (security, application roadmap, etc.)
Strong Presentation skills
Ability to manage a Global team
Ability to think Strategically and drive execution
Ability to drive and lead process change
Knowledge of Tools and Processes that supports commercial and Planning organization as well as Analytics (SAP, SFDC, BI etc.)
Passion for engaging with internal customers and leaders at all levels
Motivate and encourage team members and share relevant expertise as needed. Drive improvements in IT service levels
Skills & ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in pricing process, supply chain deliver process, and relevant integration points.
Experience in multiple modules of SAP
Experience with CRM Solutions (SFDC, SAP, etc.)
Experience with Analytical tools
Required Years Experience:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor Degree with demonstrated experience in Information Technology
