Texas Tech University Executive Director for Finance, Operations, and Employee Engagement in Lubbock, Texas

Position Overview
As a key member of the College of Architecture's Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Director for Finance, Operations, and Employee Engagement reports directly to the Dean. The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the financial and operational stability of the College by planning, implementing, and managing the budget and strategic initiatives. The Executive Director is also responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and change management programs that address changing needs within the College. Additionally, the Executive Director provides direct leadership to multiple areas within the College including financial management, employee services, building management, print center, wood and metal shops, studios, and information technology. This is a highly visible role that requires executive presence, strong planning, and great execution and collaboration skills.
