Apache IT Customer Support Analyst II in Midland, Texas

The IT Customer Support Analyst II is responsible for providing high quality Tier I and II support for Permian Region employees and contractors in the Midland office and Permian area field office locations.
Candidate will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient technical support to customers using the application Service-Now to manage end-user support requests.
Work and collaborate regional IT team and our corporate IT support teams.
Perform technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues in a Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment, including Office 2016, Microsoft Skype for Business, Citrix and industry related software.
Perform configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of hardware:
Laptops, desktops, workstations, VOIP phones
Copiers, printers, plotters
Provide assistance in troubleshooting network/communications issues
LAN, WAN, Wireless, Radio communications
Provide assistance and support for audio and video conferences
Develop and document IT procedures
Travel to field offices for support and training as necessary
Work as part of an on-call rotation
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or related field
Computer software and hardware certifications a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must have thorough understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, applications and their interaction
Candidate must have experience supporting:
Windows 7, Windows 10
MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer
Applications in a Citrix environment
Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP
