Manager of Data Governance and BI
The Manager of Data Governance and BI is responsible for coordinating master data management as well as management of IT SAP BW and Business Objects developers at Rush Enterprises.

Lead the strategic design of Data Governance to drive Rush toward complete, trusted and accurate data to include the implementation of a Data Governance framework and the underlying master data structure.
Act as the coordinator "go between, intermediary, facilitator, translator and implementer" between our business data and the to-be-assigned business owners for master data as well as related Data within Rush's enterprise data warehouse (BW).
Identify critical data sets and recommend data owners and/or stewards. Work with named data owners and/or stewards to consistently make improvements in data quality.
Lead and/or assist in analysis and improvement of our data architecture.
Manage team of SAP BW and Business objects developers in line with data governance architecture. Responsible for the development of team members to ensure team's ability to meet future data governance and/or data analytics needs
Communicate technical information and requirements to non-technical users.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Extensive SAP experience, including design and implementation experience related to data warehouse architecture.
Advanced knowledge of current project management principles, processes, methodologies and tools for information technology projects.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with extremely sensitive situations and information.
Demonstrated knowledge in data modeling, database tools, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of SAP BI/BW, BOBJ, BPC product suites.
Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
