Huntington Ingalls Industries has an immediate opening for a Web Services/API Support Analyst located in San Antonio, TX. An associate’s degree and minimum of six years of IT experience are required. Applicants must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder, not requiring sponsorship. The candidate must be able to successful pass a federal background check.
Analyze, isolate, and resolve US Federal Court web service problems. This includes but is not limited to technical, procedural, operational, and functional issues
Assist court staff with web tools/web applications utilized within and external to the court units
Maintain an online log of support requests and related resolution activity of help desk requests received from court staff
Associate’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years’ of IT experience
Background should include:
Strong knowledge working with Web Services and API technologies (CSV, XML, JSON)
Web Content production -- HTML CSS
Managing website content and conducting website administration tasks
Ability to reference and provide support based on knowledge base and established policies and procedures
Working knowledge of Drupal and/or CMS
Drupal Advanced site building (view, context, features, feeds)
Knowledge and skills using incident management systems link (Remedy and HEAT Service Now)
Problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills
Able to work and interact with others in a structured / team environment
Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues
Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience
Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call
Ability to do limited travel (0-4 times a year)
