Job Description

Develops technical strategies and architectures for highly complex systems or enterprise-wide practice solutions. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies for technical solutions based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs and existing systems infrastructure. Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Often viewed by customers as a consultant and performance is typically measured by billable hours. Responsible for the design and development of standard and/or non-complex total systems solutions to the enterprise-wide systems problems of customers. These solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the overall enterprise. Leads a team of other SI engineers/systems specialists in the design of total systems solutions. Works in a collaborative effort with Business Consultants, Technology Specialists, Application Specialists and Program/Project managers to conceptualize the design and implementation phases on the total systems solutions. Defines and ensures commitment of internal and third party resources to support the sale and delivery of the product. Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Please contact your Human Resources Representative. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years related experience. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate or less experienced team members; proven leadership ability.
