Key Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Single Sign On team is responsible for providing solutions to enable seamless single sign on experiences. Specifically, we serve as the engineering team responsible for technologies used in this service offering. We are looking for a technical analyst to augment the technical engineering team.

  • Review documentation processes/procedures working closely with domain SME’s to ensure coverage and quality of deliverables

  • Develop metrics and reporting tools that can be used to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes or systems.

  • Collect and analyze data on an ad hoc basis as determined by the needs of the business.

  • Analyze, model and document requirements to reconcile current process issues and enhance systems for future business needs.

  • Support implementation of infrastructure, applications, monitors, security controls, and other project requirements based on cybersecurity standards and policies.

  • Assist and perform testing of implemented solutions, recommend improvements, and support the deployment of changes following Dell's change and release management process.

  • Contribute to the overall design process, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and service restoration procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major; or 6 years of direct experience in the field of cybersecurity focusing on single sign on technologies.

  • General understanding of IT and Cybersecurity technologies.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Highly motivated, self-starting individual, and able to multi-task and manage to timelines with little supervision

  • Strong understanding of general business processes

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Proven oral, written, and communication/presentation skills to a broad range of employees

  • Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts as well as IT technical, development, and support personnel

  • Knowledge of single sign on technologies, LDAP technologies, multi-factor solutions, and participating in enterprise level infrastructure projects

Desirable Requirements

  • Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISA/PCIP, COBIT, and ITIL.

  • Experience with PingFederate and/or RSA SecurID

  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl and shell scripting, XML, HTML.
