Baylor Scott & White Health Associate IS Project Manager in Dallas, Texas

The IS Project Manager Associate coordinates, manages, and oversees the activities and resources for assigned medium to complex Information System projects, ensuring all facets of the project management processes are addressed and that proper project management documentation is developed and maintained. The IS Project Manager Associate also ensures information technology projects are completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of healthcare, information technology, and/or project management, strong Interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies as well as the ability to establish and clarify project objectives, goals, parameters, budgets, deliverables, deadlines and the roles and responsibilities of participants, application dependencies and risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans.

Required Education and Experience Equivalencies:

• Master's degree and Minimal/No experience

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience

• Associate's degree and 3 years of experience

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience
