It’s a big job and that’s why we need talented, results-driven professionals who care about making a difference.*POSITION SUMMARY:* The Change Management Analyst (CMA) is responsible for assisting with the gathering, evaluating, prioritizing and deploying change requests. The CMA will assist in developing and analyzing change requests, track action items, and assist with project planning, resource management, and issue management. The CMA is a liaison for internal IT groups, including Infrastructure Services, Project Management, Software Development, Middleware/DBA Services, Quality Assurance, and Information Security. The CMA assists in developing status reports and communicates them to Change Managers, the Change Advisory Board, and various business stakeholders. The CMA will assist with identifying, designing, implementing and maintaining processes and policies in accordance with industry best practices. The CMA will assist in providing training and mentoring to internal resources to ensure appropriate awareness of ITG change control policy and processes, as well as the use of supporting tools (e.g. Remedy). The CMA is responsible for accurately maintaining configuration information on District information systems within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). *RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Assists in maintaining business system configuration environment within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Assists all change through their lifecycle from submission closure of change request.
Assists with the coordination of changes across the ITG infrastructure environment ensuring correct procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled, and controlled.
Reviews the priority and impact of all changes for accuracy ensuring consideration to the broadcast environment and protocols is evident.
Develop, analyze, and track change requests through completion.
Assists the CAB to ensure the integrity and quality of all change requests and their implementation
Responsible for updating the configuration data within the CMDB following the implementation of changes to ensure accuracy of data and their dependencies
Act as a focal point on a day-today basis for all change management issues or inquiries.
Assists in the facilitation of the Root Cause Analysis process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information technology preferred
1 year of business administration or business analysis experience
ITIL V3 Foundation certification or demonstrated knowledge of ITIL standards and principles of service delivery preferred; general knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management processes
Ability to perform entry-level, routine assignments and low risk activities with general guidance and review; effective at time management with ability to manage multiple project and priorities.
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; effective problem solving skills; detailed oriented
Proficiency with Excel at the intermediate level is preferred; proficiency with SharePoint at the intermediate level is also preferred
Equivalent education and / or experience may be substituted*Work Hours and Conditions:* Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; flexibility / additional hours may be required based on business needs; some travel may be required, up to 5% *Notes:* Employment is contingent upon the selected candidate passing a financial credit check.
