Baylor Scott & White Health Clinical Service Desk Analyst in Dallas, Texas

The Clinical Service Desk Analyst, under general supervision, provides customer service support, via the telephone, to solve computer software questions and problems. The Clinical Service Desk Analyst diagnoses, troubleshoots, and valuates Tier 1 calls appropriately. The Clinical Service Desk Analyst identifies complex problems and knows when to escalate to the next appropriate Tier. The Clinical Service Desk Analyst position is 100% telephone support. The Clinical Service Desk Analyst receives all incoming calls and resolves routine problems, including computer software troubleshooting, MS Office, network printers, Outlook, and password access. The Clinical Service Desk Analyst logs all problem calls that need additional assistance and forwards them to the appropriate department. The Clinical Service Desk Analyst compiles monthly statistical reports. The ideal candidate for the Clinical Service Desk Analyst will respond to customer questions and problems in a timely and appropriate manner. The ideal candidate for the Clinical Service Desk Analyst will also keep customer informed on progress of problem resolution.
