Responsible for applications development in an enterprise architecture environment within .net framework using C#. Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. Must have a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts, have experience working on distributed platforms (Windows preferred or UNIX) and have experience in a .net framework enterprise architecture environment. Knowledge of Rational Unified Process methodology, Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus. Must have strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, and the ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team.

  • 7+ years of recent web services development experience with some portion of it in a team/tech lead role;

  • Broad experience across many technologies with enterprise scale and full stack application development experience highly preferred

  • Proven experience developing and implementing web services/micro services using C#, ASP.NET Web API

  • Experience with multi threads/async programming;

  • Broad technical skills, with a practical knowledge of OOP and distributed environments: .net, XML, XSLT, web services (REST), JSON, Relational SQL;

  • .NETCore preferred but not required;

  • Experience with PCF preferred but not required;

  • Have programming experiences with databases, MongoDB preferred;

  • Experience with working with message queue, RabbitMQ preferred;

  • Detailed understanding of web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies;

  • Detailed knowledge of agile methodologies and ceremonies, iterative development processes and collaboration Tools (JIRA, Confluence) is essential
