Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year College/University OR equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years' relevant business, industry and analytical experience

• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent experience is a plus

• Working knowledge with network monitoring protocols and/or systems which use SNMP, Syslog, Netflow, IP SLA , etc

• Working knowledge of at least two of the following: Cisco Wi-Fi, Routing and Switching Protocols, Cisco Voice, and Cisco WAAS

• Capabilities for leading projects with extremely complex network requirements with high level of visibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a Cisco Network infrastructure environment consisting of Cisco ISR routers and Catalyst Switches.

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Cisco IP Telephony Services, Cisco WAAS, Cisco Physical Security and Cisco Wi-Fi

• Monitor, evaluate, and solve potential network performance issues.

• Manage Cisco infrastructure-related and other network requests. Support customers and employees via email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration, and maintenance of network infrastructure

• Demonstrate a high level of competency in multiple infrastructure services.

• Interact and manage vendors and service providers.

• Server Room / Low Voltage Design

• Toll Free network management

• IP Address management

• Telephony billing

• Riverbed/Opnet - Netflow, AppResponse Xpert, Dashboard,SSL VPN

Mid-level spot (3-5+ years). Resource needs to have experience with Cisco Catalyst switches.
