BAE Systems Entry level Test Program Set (TPS) Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas
BAE Systems is looking for an entry level Test Program Set (TPS) Electrical Engineer for F-16 and/or F-35 fighter aircraft support equipment programs in Fort Worth, Texas.
The TPS Engineer will design, develop, test and document TPS hardware and test software scripts for an assigned F-16 or F-35 Unit Under Test (UUT) (i.e., Line Replaceable Unit [LRU] to be hosted on a portable flight line level semiautomatic tester, or on a back shop level rack-based automatic test station). The TPS software will be developed using commercial test programming tools such as National Instruments' Test Stand and/or National Instruments LabWindows/CVI.

The TPS developer will work in an integrated team environment developing the assigned UUT TPS(s) to the defined project schedule, and to the defined budget.
The TPS development and test may occur in a classified area or location. Domestic and/or International travel will be required to perform testing of TPS hardware and software in the laboratory and/or on the aircraft.
In addition to TPS development work, the engineer will also take on tasks related to performing analyses of aircraft platform analyses, and determining support equipment solutions that are electrical/electronic in nature.
