Our Opportunity:

The TVM Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of a world-class vulnerability management function to that focuses on identifying threats and vulnerabilities that could affect the firm. The TVM Manager will have detailed knowledge and experience in the managing and improving our process for Vulnerability Detection, Risk Analysis, Impact Assessment and Remediation planning.

What you’ll do:

You will manage the TVM Team. Partner with other Security Operations managers and the Director to align goals and priorities with tools and intelligence analysis. The TVM Manager will be responsible for suggesting tuning and maintenance scanning infrastructure and other security related systems as appropriate. The TVM Manager should enhance current processes for ensuring full coverage of the network for vulnerabilities, prioritize and coordination fixes, work with external stakeholders to execute remediation, escalate risk issues and validate solution. Additionally support Red Team and Threat Intel Team as needed.

  • Maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction with internal and external customers

  • Coordinate and organize work while meeting deadlines

  • Run the team and manage the program

  • Recruitment and management of team members

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining metrics around TVM performance

What you have:

  • 8+ years of managing or administering cyber security best practices and industry standard to an enterprise scale network

  • 4 years’ experience managing people in a TVM operations environment

  • 2+ years’ experience with Intrusion Detection Sensors

  • Experience with endpoints security tools such as McAfee, CarbonBlack or other Host Intrusion Prevention Software (HIPS).

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or similar discipline strongly preferred

  • Certifications: CISSP (preferred), CISM (optional)

  • 2+ years ensuring information assurance via an industry adopted framework such as NIST RMF

  • Decision making, written and oral communication and people management skills

  • Proven team building and successful leadership qualities Training and maintaining operator knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
