Job Summary:

ORACLE SENIOR ANALYST, FINANCE TECHNOLOGY sought by Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. in Houston, TX.

Duties: Perform configuration setups to support business needs and identify impact of configuration changes. Provide user functional support for Oracle R12 Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, iProcurement/Purchasing, Service Contract and Approvals Management applications. Provide support and resolution for AP/AR/CM/Purchasing/Service Contract interface related issues. Research and resolve complex system related issues. Lead functional solution design and implementation for new enhancement requests. Produce documentation as needed, including functional specifications, test scripts and configurations setups. Create and execute QA/regression test plans for patches, enhancement request, configuration changes, etc., in EBS GL, AP, AR, CM, iProcurement/PO, SC and AME applications. Create adhoc structured query language (SQL) queries to support business reporting needs. Recommend proposals for new systems, procedures, and/or processes. Write, review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations. Act as a liaison between business partners and technical development team. Make recommendations during the creation of project plans. Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Communicate and apply organizational project standards. Support the development of training materials for the business partners. Ensure that support issues are properly tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner. Provide support for all modules that support the Supply Chain functions within the organization. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the utilization of resources allocated to assigned tasks and project. Help to ensure that IT systems effectively meet the functional requirements of the business partners.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a related field, plus eight (8) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience as a Systems Analyst or related occupation, including experience in implementing and supporting Oracle AP, AR and CE; experience with iProcurement/Purchasing, Service Contract and AME; working on functional analysis, design and functional testing of custom development items; utilizing query tools including TOAD, SQL Developer, and SQL/Plus; and working on Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a related field, plus six (6) years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related occupation, including experience in implementing and supporting Oracle AP, AR and CE; experience with iProcurement/Purchasing, Service Contract and AME; working on functional analysis, design and functional testing of custom development items; utilizing query tools including TOAD, SQL Developer, and SQL/Plus; and working on Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
