HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Training Specialist to work out of their San Antonio office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The position requires expertise in the design of curriculum and the ability to take concepts and procedures and develop cohesive eLearning materials. The eServices team currently creates and delivers distance learning to the court community on a variety of proprietary software applications as well as partner with other agencies to develop training materials.

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for working with application teams on the following tasks:

  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 tenant-wide problems

  • Use of a Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook/Exchange enterprise environment

  • Create training materials for local users using an instructional design model

  • Successfully work in a highly dynamic technical team environmentCommunicate technical topics in written format and/or deliver to classes

  • Create and deliver technical web based classes with WebEx and VMware virtual computers

  • Deliver high quality technical content to users and executive level managers

Qualifications and Experience:

Required-

  • Education /Experience : Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of IT experience (with at least 6 years in a training environment) or (Associate’s degree acceptable with 12 years of IT experience).

  • In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 online environment

  • Broad knowledge of Office 365 online applications and Office 2016 ProPlus desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote)

  • Complete understanding of both Outlook clients (desktop and online)

  • In-depth understanding of OneDrive for Business functionality, document sharing processes and strategies

  • Complete understanding of the Skype for Business locally installed clients

  • Understanding of the VMware virtual computing environment

  • Work and interact with others in a structured/team environment

  • Accuracy and attention to detail and good organizational skills

  • Self-motivation and a self-starter

  • Good time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with challenging priorities

  • Excellent editing skills
