Job Description

We are looking for a UI Developer with experience in responsive web application and mobile design to help create innovative technology solutions for the travel industry. As a member of the Airline Solutions design team, you will use your interaction design expertise, animation skills and strong knowledge of best-in-class UI practices to translate static designs into compelling, interactive prototypes. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers and developers, you will also help bridge the gap between design and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX designers to create engaging, intuitive interactions that reinforce the usability of the product.

  • Build HTML prototypes to help illustrate interactions and animations to development teams and other stakeholders.

  • Create functional prototypes for usability testing.

  • Partner closely with the Design Language team to extend the system into product design.

  • Work seamlessly across teams to drive designs from prototype through the development lifecycle.

  • Communicate UI specifications to product develop teams and foster strong partnerships across teams.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to write clean HTML 5, CSS and Javascript is required.

  • Portfolio with demonstrated expertise in visual, interaction and animation design is required.

  • Experience developing for responsive web design is required.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch is required.

  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Principle, Framer, etc. is preferred.

  • Experience with React is preferred.

  • Strong communication, visual and interaction design skills are required.
